Numerous villas and commercial properties have been built in and around Palakkad district. ETS Residency is a dream project of Mr. V.P. Chandran who was determined to build a budget business class hotel in Palakkad town. There are 12 deluxe executive rooms and 2 suits apart from a multi utility AC Conference/board/entertainment hall which can hold up to 200 guests with added dining facility. 24 hours power back up, free WIFI with parking facility and complimentary breakfast are the highlight of the hotel.

The hotel has a Roof top with an excellent ambience to serve for functions and board meets and can hold up to 100 guests.
